Our Popcorn

Clary's Old Fashioned Gourmet Popcorn is made from scratch from old family recipes. Over the years we have refined these recipes to what we feel are the finest gourmet popcorn products that exist today. We have a large and varied selection with a total of over 20 different gourmet flavors to choose from.

To prepare white hulless popcorn, we use a basic recipe under strict quality control. This recipe involves a measure amount of oil (we do not use coconut oil) to both flavor the raw corn and prevent it from burning. A modest amount of salt is added for flavoring, although we also have an un-salted recipe for our white popcorn. Attention to the popping temperature is a critical factor in our popping process. Last, but not least, is the use of a hybrid white hulless kernel for my company recipes.

Our classic white popcorn is Gluten Free, Non-GMO & Vegan.
